Personal Edge creates your values
There are 77.2% RMIT students can find jobs in the first three months after graduation compared to only 60% - the average number in Vietnam - of fresh graduated students who can find jobs within the first three months (An San 2015). It seems RMIT gives students academic knowledge, technical skills and English fluency to get a job. However, Personal Edge makes them stand out in the hundreds of candidates while applying for a job. That is only the first step. After having a job, employability skills bring great relationships, high profit and particularly opportunities to get promotion.
